Buying Advice

Whether you are buying online or in person, our aim is to make sure you have the best buying experience possible.  In order to be able to help achieve this we would recommend that you consider the following.

If you intend to buy from our retail store in person:

You may have noticed over the last couple of years during the COVID-19 pandemic that we have been operating a trade counter service at our main retail store in Spilsby.  Due to the success of this, we are continuing to trade in this way.  We have added a number of changing rooms within the trade counter area so that any items can be tried on before purchase if required.

Whilst our counter staff will be on hand to help with your uniform needs, it would be helpful, especially during busy times if you have already identified the products that you intend to buy and have a general idea of the sizes and quantities required.

It is also recommended that you wear clothing that is suitable for the weather on the day of your visit, as during busy times you may find that there is a queue to enter our store.

If you intend to buy online:

In order to make your visit as quick and easy as possible, for your convenience, we have combined all of your chosen school's approved badged and plain items on the one page.  Just search for your school using the "Search for your school here..." field at the top of any page or alternatively just select your school from the dropdown box on our toolbar.

If you would however like to browse through our range of general schoolwear, you will find that for your convenience, we have listed our range within clearly visible sub categories.

If you would like to buy online but collect your order from our store:

Please wait until you have received an email from us to confirm that your order is ready.  Once you have received confirmation of this and you have arrived on site (having checked our store opening hours first), please follow the signage to the collection point.  This may be in a different place than when you last visited as during peak times, particularly during the busy "back to school" period our collection point is moved due to the numbers visiting our store so that all "click & collect" orders can be picked up in a quick and efficient way.

Delivery leadtimes & stock availability:

Whilst we endeavour to offer a 365 day service offering, during peak times when demand for our products is at it's highest, we may run out of stock of some lines.  At this time, these items will no longer be available to purchase online, however we will act as quickly as we can in order to bring them back into stock.  Our range of delivery options with additional details regarding lead times can be viewed by clicking on our "Delivery Options" link that can be found at the bottom of our homepage.

Returns policy:

If you would like to return any items to us for a refund or an exchange, then please visit our returns policy, which can be viewed by following the link at the bottom of our homepage.
